Im your age dont fear it's not painful at all whatsoever. However it happens you'll realise whats happening you'll hear it but you don't feel any pain at all.

It is exhausting sensing as much as I do. I’ve learned not to talk to most people about what comes to me. Not to try and fix or intervene beyond offering my presence and authentic attention. But the depths of emotions experienced way before events, that drains me. Stuffing it never works, I get sick. So I must guard alone time and conversations with the spirit elders.
