Im working in two hospitals , one of them only provide blendarized formulas , the other has both commercial and blendarized formulas ,With my patients on TF the majority were on NGT , and the others on PEG tube , we're ordering nurses to feed pt using bolous for many reasons ( hard to explaine here ) , we use countnuous mode if pt has persisting vomiting or diarrhea , nearly all pt. didnt experience diarrhea whether with blendarized or commercial formulas , using bolous with frequency every 3hr , 7 times per day and we keep pt NPO for 6 hrs , fortunetly all of our pts were fully tolerated .

It’s possible 😅 These get recorded at all different times. Sometimes at the end of a very long day. So the mood and energy can definitely change 😂
