Terrible mascara!!!!I It SMUDGES BAD. underneath my eyes and then I can’t remove it from under my eyes.

@@cheerfulness1637 try using a lash primer or waterproof mascara after... I use it with Pacifica vegan collagen lash and it stays put. I like their makeup remover wipes too.
