I met Clint Eastwood at Yamato's Restaurant in Century City. He was very gracious. He autograph for my Sister. This was just after his spaghetti westerns. He wrote a long story for her, we were very impressed with him and he was very hot.

I’m two months older then Clint and have been married 64 good years with 6 kids and 14 grand kids, If she passed I wouldn’t do it again - too many happy memories. I was drafted and spent a year in Korea in the infantry and was separated from service at Ft. Ord. Never saw him. I do remember “Rawhide” on Sunday morning. He’s a luck guy, why push it

I met Clint and many of the other cast members from " unforgiven" . I have had the biggest crush on him, since I was a tee, so to meet him in person was overwhelming. The presence he has in the movies - he has in real life as well. He doesn't act like a movie star, but he demands respect,by the way he handles himself. He is every bit as amazing as I thought him to be. I disagree though that all his exes were beautiful women - or even long term girlfriends for that matter! His current girlfriend and last ex-wife were amongst the best looking women he has dated ! I worked at the hotel, in AB Canada, where Clint and the entire cast stayed during filming the unforgiven - and it remains one of my best memories, to this day.

@@Milestonemonger I don’t know if I’d call him a gentleman…. He is quiet, not a chit chatter that’s for sure. He is self assured, tall and handsome of course. I was so nervous to meet him, as I handed him his key to his room, he smiled and asked which way and I stuttered and blabbered something I’m sure made no sense lol I was truly starstruck! One of the last nights they were there, he invited us, who he’d helped them while they were there into the lounge for a beer ! I had to pinch myself that here I was casually having a beer with THE CLINT EASTWOOD ! I’m sure he remembers me as the dumb blonde at the front desk lol . I was unable to act like my normal self around him :) there were other great actors in the film as well, and it was kinda surreal to hand out keys , deliver towels or whatever because they were all just so normal ;) some of the younger ones were hitting on us young girls - my friend started dating someone important on Clint’s crew. After a long work day they often went to have a drink in the lounge, and Clint’s girlfriend at the time was always very glued to his side. But yeah it was Absolutly cool ! He is awesome !

I acted like a shy teenager, couldn’t think of a thing to say, just sat there as I tried to act “ normal “! Have I kicked my own ass many times since then ? Oh yes !! But hey, it was still pretty fantastic :)

Dang that would be awesome, all so called spaghetti Westerns is what they call them but those look the realest of any westerns I've ever seenyou can tell these people were hot sweating out in the heat for real, exactly like what they were trying to portray in the movie and it was awesome, you go through any of them from Josey Wales Joe Kidd pale Rider I think was the first Hollywood produce Western he did I think,and you'll find he is absolutely the king of badass one-liners and not just make my day which is one of the biggest of all time , I may not be correct, but other than being late number one bad ass for a long time, he didn't have to play the same kind of badass, cowboy tough cop, old man, didn't matter put Clint Eastwood in a role when you needed a badass every which way but loose any which way you can watch them at least once every year or two. Furthermore, according to Sondra's biography, "The Good, The Bad, & The Very Ugly," Sondra had two abortions & finally a tubal ligation when she was with Clint because she wanted to please him. So he never had any offspring by her.

I think they should mention that he wasn't good in school a few more times. The dudes a stud and has tried and done everything WAY beyond what most other ppl let alone actors have done. He was also (born in May 1930) a kid of the depression, which lasted until basically 1945 when WW2 ended, and he was NOT from an affluent family, in the 30s his dad moved around and changed jobs a lot, which was probably the reason he didn't do so well in school, since he was always moving and changing schools. Lastly Sondra Locke should get a mention. He was with her through the 2nd half of the 70s and through most of the 80's. He was also close with his mother, bringing her to many award ceremonies, and she died around age 100.

No doubt that Clint has led a charmed life, due more to luck than talent. But the man is a class act. I have worked on three movies he has directed. No smoking allowed. Thank you. When the food was served Clint stood in line with the rest of us. No man was more important than another. We all had a job to do and he didn't use the advantage of being the director. He talked to everyone equally and sometimes sat at a table with us and ate instead of going back to his motor home. The only other actor that did this is Martin Sheen. I am glad to say that others have followed in his example.
