My first thought too, as soon as I saw the horse, I noticed the ears are already clipped on him. It would be nice to see a horse that actually has to be worked through the steps.

What would i do if i cant even get near my mare with them, even turning them on from 12 ft away or further she will just freak out, she ill rear, kick and maybe bite if your near her, i dont want to go down the sedation route, but i dont know what else to do?

It's hard to take someone serious in an educational video when they're already holding the lead rope incorrectly.

There’s no correct way to hold one

@@aero3318It should never be wrapped around your hand, especially multiple times. 😬

This would have been more helpful if you had used a horse who wasn't used to it...

If I did that to my leased mare, she would probably take my head off. This mare will run if she sees the clippers down the isle way, turned off. She will run if she can hear it, not even see it. So this is not going to be helpful..

Why don’t you show it on green horse that would b way more helpful 😊

Clipping a horse is so selfish. All of the hairs are there for a reason. Allow a horse to be a horse.

You don't grab a horse like this. Bad advice. If this horse rares up or jumps you're going to get hurt. Do not do this.
