Greg Proops is one of those rare comedians who straddles the divide between American and British humour with ease and that's why I love him.

First comment in almost a decade. The original WLIA with Clive Anderson, Greg Proops, Paul Merton, Ryan Stiles, Mike McShane, Josey Lawrence, Richard Vranch et all, was AMAZING.

A couple of good friends enjoying each other company in public. I forgot just how great Gregg is, he has always been a match for Clive. And Clive loves that.

I always enjoyed the humour that these two shared with each other.

There's a lot of love under all those insults.

Give these two a late night show and I will watch it forever.

I could listen to their banter all day.

The comedic chemistry these guys have together is great! I love Greg.

I didn't think Clive & Greg's relationship could any more hilarious than what I;ve seen from Whose Line, but I stand gleefully corrected. They both seem to be having so much fun dissing each other, and keeping such engaging and straight faces no matter how silly they get. That's one of the things I really miss about Greg in the US version (even though I'm more familiar with the US version and love Ryan and Colin) - you don't see so much of Greg's silly looks at the camera and quick-fire banter.

I watched this interview when it was on TV and this bit here where Greg does this thing with his fingers 07:56, I used to think about that all the time. I actually thought he did "air quotes" (so with 2 fingers on each hand), and I would do it whenever someone said my name.

For those who don't know. The voice for the Beed side of the two-headed announcer Fode and Beed in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, with Scott Capurro providing the voice for Fode.

Greg is hilarious. Easily all time top 5 of whose line.

aha not to bring up an old comment, but greg/clive banters are the best. they've been doing it since 1989 on the UK whose line. it's not hostility, it's memories! haha :P

@1:18 Drew Carey hosts that one and he's a little different than you he's very gentle. For those who have never seen the American version of Whose Line. Drew every once and awhile tried to mimic Clive and got burned by Greg for it.

i find all these american remakes so anyoing

it was a mistake to bring 'whose line' to america. the censorship in america is terrible and made the show not as exciting. they got carried away with the audience participation. i tune in to watch the improv comedians, not some unfunny audience members who weren't expecting to be on tv. i'm sure if it stayed in britain, there wouldn't have been a several-year hiatus and it would still be worlds funnier than it is today.
