Moved into a top tier place for experiences and also to better his career, not only that, but he put himself in a position to meet very wealth and very well connected people. And once you start making over a certain amount, it definitely is experiences > money.

Clix needs to realize hes not gonna always make 500k s month. Blood needs to save his money, no need to spend 10k a month just on rent no matter how loaded you are.
