anna, i hv 12 pro max, am connecting my iphone to itunes to take a back up, but am unable to see the back up option. as soon as i connect my phone it is saying, ITUNES cannot read the contents of this iphoe, go to preferrences and restore to defualts. once i click the phone symbol in itunes, it is showing me option for restoring but no back up. pls guide me
