I'm close to pulling the trigger on this bike. It would be my first motorcycle. Do you think it has enough power to last me at least a year before feeling the need to upgrade?

This is also my first motorcycle. I've had the Z650 now for just over 4 weeks. I was originally going to get a 400 but was worried I would feel the need to upgrade quickly so I went with the 650. So far I'm happy with the purchase and feel it's got plenty of power.

You should be fine, although it depends on your personality. I've had the z400 for like 9 months now, second bike. Love the bike and don't feel the need to upgrade any time soon. I've heard the 650 and the 400 have the same top speed of about 110mph

you adjust the suspension at all when u put the passenger on?

I didn't make any adjustments and the ride feels pretty smooth. It might be different for each person depending on the rider and passenger weights.

It's mind blowing this genius would ever put a passenger on his bike given how little experience he had and how unbelievably bad of a rider he was. Glad he didn't hurt anyone else when he crashed and died. This comment he left on not adjusting suspension when adding a rider shows his true ignorance. Pretty fucking irritating.

I know youre dead now, but man you sure bit off more than you can chew. I dont even know where to begin. You putting a passenger on the back of your bike with YOU(said he didnt make any adjustments to suspension either, not that it'd make him any safer) is mind blowing. Oh, and around 2:30- Nobody was "spraying water" on you, genius. It's fucking wiper fluid. Glad this guy didnt take anyone out with him in his 3 months of riding. Smh. RIP
