I noticed something of interest that you may have noticed. Since the camera's shutter rate is synchronized with your primary target (the helicopter) it's out of sync with the aircraft taking off at 3:21. I'm pretty sure that's the reason why the jet's movement looks unstable and jumpy.

I do wonder if the air ambulances are wasting money when they buy machines of this size. With smaller cheaper helicopters you first of all can buy more of them and respond to more simultaneous incidents. Secondly with more helicopters you have greater redundancy in case of maintenance or breakdowns removing helicopters from service. Thirdly, smaller helicopters can fit into smaller confined areas so you don’t need to find an area the size of a football pitch to land in. Fourthly, smaller helicopters don’t generate as much downdraft and can be safely operated closer to buildings and structures without causing more harm from flying debris.

HELP! HELP! THERE WAS A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT ON M4!!! PLEASE HURRY! Okaaaay, I'll sloooowwly walk over to the helicopter. Then I'll sloooowwwly put on my helmet. Then I'll spend 30 minutes briefing on health and safety. Then MAYBE, if my union lets me, I'll take off. HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!
