yes there might be a reason why they're put through the family court. why on gods green earth do you think women would go to the family court, do you not think that'd be the last resort. do you not think they tried other methods. i wonder what all these "brothers" did to be stopped from seeing their families? what about this "brother" in the video? furthermore, all people who go through the court system are offered the services of a translator, this is part of the rule of law. so these men who supposedly don't understand are in fact making excuses for their poor behaviour. divorce and the like is highly stigmatised within the islamic community, so the women and their children who go through this are actually are in need of support, far more than the men. do you honestly believe that a woman would want to deprive their kids of a "father figure"? they do this because they fear for their kids safety. physical abuse is very much illegal, but muslims prefer to follow the quran, where wife beating is permissible. this is a truly pathetic man and i'd dearly love to know why he has been stopped from seeing his kids. what a sad, sordid, state of affairs. i am frankly disgusted.
