I've just stumbled across this, and I must say that it's great to hear Lyle's masterpiece played with accompanying music notation. The software, whatever it is, has done a pretty good job of notating both the pitch and the rhythm. Such software programmes usually make a complete mess of complex compositions like this. Did this sample each note HE actually played? It sounds like it even captured his personal intimate touch of each note. I ask because it’s not just “kinda spooky” it’s INCREDIBLY SPOOKY! I can here that there are only a few small places where the rhythm isn’t exact, which is to be expected, but this has almost every element of the recorded mix, the warmth of the Oberheim pad exactly the way he personally programmed it. It sounds good.
