CLOSED SYSTEM WINCHING™ is a winching technique using rigging comprised entirely of closed-link hardware. The non-closable opening of common winch hooks prevents hooks from qualifying as secure closed links. Justin from Factor 55 talks all about it in this video. Here we're demonstrating the XTV product line, which is specifically for powersports vehicles. However, all of these products are also available for the truck, Jeep, and SUV market, too.

like these videos showing exacty how to use the gear. I have all factor 55 gear and would like more of these videos for trucks like my Chevy 1500 as I have never had to use my gear and like anything else knowledge without doing is a perishable skill

Hey Justin big fan affect 55 just wanted to ask if you ever come across a product called bogout? I would love to see you guys put it to the test and give an honest opinion. It's a new product from Australia but in saying that I've been a macguyvering systems like this for years from snatch straps or tree trunk protectors and I've only just come across these in the last couple of months and thought you might be interested. Maybe you could create a factor 55 version with your own updates and improvements.👍

Dude, your video was great up until you stepped over the winch line under a load. You're lucky, even with new recovery gear failure is possible. Please make sure you follow safety protocol for yourself and for your viewers
