The voice of Bill Owen (best remembered for playing 'Compo' in Last Of The Summer Wine) on the Public Information Film. I do remember that one very well! Thanks for the upload.

I remember when they showed footage of the changing of the guard as the National Anthem played. Then the screen went black and there was a single tone played to indicate no more telly tonight…
