we had to watch these dance videos in my high school and dance along and it was definitely a good experience,its such a good way to exercise.I like how they assert and emphasize the beat,am in dance class and were taught to do the same thing.

I am so so so greatful for all your videos, I can see the changes in my body (doing them all week for about an hour or more) and I am currently on the bottom line of my recovery from eating disorders and a lot of self harming stuff... It really makes me cry typing this because I am just so so happy, of course happiness and recovery comes with many more stuff but for real, you brought a lot of inspiration and light to me and I just can't thank you all enough. I am currently eating regularly and exercising every day with your videos. Love you dearly and will not ever be able to thank you enough for all the self satisfaction and peace you've brought to my mind, I wish profundly to be able to go to one of your tours

Love yr larger than life personality and dancing fitness Marshall. It doesn’t feel like actions or steps like another exercise video, it’s about Vibing to the music and having lots of fun with it. Some steps are quite simple but you sell it 200% with the expression and execution. The experience of dancing with musicality to one’s favorite pop songs is therapy
