Tyfs Somer. Hash marks is the symbol for the number sign #. What size is your planner? I need to find refills for my planner. I'm trying to use what I have. The size is fine but finding refills are hard...it is good for my purse.

Thank you for clarifying and for watching!!!! My planner is an A5 Sterling Ink but I also have some Half Letter inserts at the front of my planner cover. Do you think you have a HP Mini size?
