The APS scheduling system automatically export the planned manufacturing order (MO) scheduling data into the cloud data lake of CIM-MCS and SCADA will dispatch MOs to the machine HMI for production. When the machine equipment completes the MO production, the machine’s HMI and gateway will upload the production progress and monitoring data to the cloud SCADA. In addition to displaying the monitoring data and production performance, SCADA will also automatically export the MO production progress to the IMPACTs APS system.
