That doesn't work for me and i had the phone for a year now and im disappointed cause after the android screen it boots up without any prompts to go to the factory reset screen so i dont know what else to do at this point

It reset but then when I go and set up the phone they ask me to put in the old pin in order to use the phone it say cause I factory reset it now I have to put in the pin . Something with Google . Google security is very hard.
