There are four cloud deployment models: public, private, community, and hybrid. Each deployment model is defined according to where the infrastructure for the environment is located. There are three main cloud service models: Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Infrastructure as a Service
Cloud computing is offered in three different service models which each satisfy a unique set of business requirements. These three models are known as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

You need internal data center for on premise private cloud. Outsource does not require any physical location.

IAAS - Virtual Machine, where Cloud Providers Manage Hardware and we use those Infrastructure. PAAS - Azure App service, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Open Shift, Google App Engine
