Hi Venicia, Do you get any lab based questions? where we need to login to the portal to do an exercise to fulfill the desired task.

Hey 👋🏽, I read about some people that actually got lab based questions, but I personally did not. I got a few scenario based questions and those a full of information, you have to advise on config that you would change without actually navigating the portal, I found them really good but challenging.

Not sure if you attempted the exam already but I just passed the exam this week and yes there was a lab with 10 tasks. I completed 7 out of the 10 tasks and then ran out of time. I passed though 🙂.

Hi, do you recommend acquiring the AZ-104 certification before attacking the AZ-500? Or could one go straight from AZ-900 to AZ-500?

Hey, this depends entirely on your level of experience, if you have no experience on Azure, I would suggest that you first do 104, it will teach you the basic hands on skills which will help you a ton towards AZ-500

@@cyber.queen_ Thanks for responding! I did a cyber project using Azure so I have some experience. I may have to continue to evaluate. Would rather go straight to AZ-500 if I can, but I also don't want to skip a needed step.

@@cyber.queen_I have some experience as I've done a lab project using Azure. But more than likely, I'll still pursue 104 then 500. Thank you!

@@na_kI have no experience at all, started with az-500 and it still covers lots of az-900. These MS and AWS courses have a lot of overlap.

Hi, I have been working as SOC analyst for about a year now and in the past two weeks I´ve been doing the pratice exams on microsoft platform and I'm passing the test exams with between 94 to 98 % in the last 7 days... Do you think I'm read to take the exam? I still need to look up the labs. Great work by the way 👏

It sounds like you're on the right track with those scores! Just make sure to review the labs thoroughly before taking the exam.

what do you mean by "writing this exam"? Is their a written portion to this exam (AZ-500)?

It is an online exam, perhaps just different ways of speaking.

Hey 👋🏽 I will make a video on some of my recommendations, but I highly suggest that you first choose a focus area and then start with an industry beginner certification like CompTIA Security +
