Voltage quantity is coming from the configuration between the size & quantity of copper coil + the size & the speed of the magnet rotor(RPM) through the coil. It is still can generate the same voltage even without a capacitor or transformer if the configuration is correct and more secure for the generator from overheating when operating non-stop or for long periods of time.

Needs a battery to run that unstable dc motor He only need a loop circuit to charge that battery for a continuous electric supply .

they are coming from the 12 vdc to power the dynamo which inturn rotates the magnet and powers everything

Yes I have heard about using magnets to power things up if you take a large magnet wrap it with copper wire it will use earths magnetic field to be able to use as a power source free power for every 1!
