The darkness in this song should never be glossed over. I like how they didn't shy away from it and try to sanitize the lyrics like in other versions I've heard.

Agreed. I also always kinda hated, at the end of the song, that it's HER that's going to be burning in hell for 7 years. Seems like the poor girls been in hell all her life already.
