There isn't one unless you truly understand what you willing to die for and that's the only thing you should mainly invest your energy into as they said work literally takes 1/3 of our day that's our life so any toxic work family creates a toxic family unless as a team you understand what frequency is best for you to keep your life and family life at peace fuck leaving my family for 16 hours no job or person would ever ever have me in a situation like that I had to travel for work for a weekend work trip and last time I was gonna have to do something on somebody else terms taking my time away from my family and loved ones
