Just changing the last line in the first verse doesn't make this kid friendly. It's still about Britney (Macarena) dumping Alvin, (Alvino) and going out with his two friends, Simón and Theodóro. (I'm guessing that's what their names would be.)

1. The *WHAT??* The artist is The Chipmunks. 2. It was originally released in 1996.
