Here's how I learned 3 club continuous backcrosses. It's my belief that it's a technique that can be applied to learn any body throw. Let me know if it works for you.

It takes you one toss to make a correction. It takes me 10. I hope to be half this good one day.

I liked to do 3-club chops. Does it take much more practice to learn backcrosses and crotch throws? Sometimes I wonder if jugglers exaggerate head movement when doing these tricks. These videos really want me to get back out there and juggle again, but due to physical reasons I cannot anymore. Millenials are so lucky with KZfaq. When I first learned to juggle at age 12 in 1988 there were no instructional KZfaq videos. I had to learn the 4-ball fountain from a juggling book when I was 17 in 1993. If you needed to learn advanced juggling you could sometimes have to travel 1 or 2 hours for a teacher. I couldn't find anyone that could juggle the 5-ball cascade until my 20s. For a long time I was the only 4-ball juggler I knew.
