Last week the weather played a role in a little higher score. So this week we go with some more forgiving irons and some TW wedges!

I really like your selection clubs setup and the brands that you have are very nice selection also. But one thing again is that you don't swing fast enough to use extra stiff flex shaft. Si you're trying to tell that your swinging faster than what you're swing speed was before. Hard to believe that.

I am swinging slower as I get older, that is for sure. I am around 101-103 now and should fit more into a stiff flex but every driver fitting I have been to this year I have walked out with an X. I play a draw/hook and the X helps reduce a little bit of that.

I only have the 7 iron in those. Great irons, I have hit them on the range a bunch.

Lotta people commenting on your x flex selection. What’s your clubhead speed?

Driver is around 101-103 so I would typically fit more into stiff, but I fight a hook and every driver fitting I walk away in an X to help straighten that out a little.

@@OfficialGolfWRX if it works then it works. People probably are envious that an x flex doesn’t work for them.

Forgiveness comparison i230 to t100s?

i230 is miles ahead. You can hit the ball just about anywhere on the i230 and see a decent shot. Holds more ballspeed and better carry on mishits.

@@OfficialGolfWRX wow I really want to look into some. I love my t100s. They look and feel so good. I don’t think I any iron can deliver a better shot for me when I’m really on. Just would appreciate a little more forgiveness on my off days.

@@donkee9 I will say that the T100 irons are definitely softer and have a better sound/feel to them than the i230
