I really enjoy watching this project. I never would have thought to use a router on aluminum but obviously it works well. Thanks for sharing and your instructions as well as the inspiration you and your team bring. 👍🏁 Can’t wait to see the next one Dennis 😁

Now they have the template for making holes in other body panels if they build more than one of these club karts.

Great job on those body panels. Kart is looking great. Do you think the kart body lines would transfer over to a wooden one? I am much better with wood than with metal.

I am wondering why you didn't make your access hole into an oval? Nice fabrication work for sure.
