I believe that Herbert's greatest fear is actually water or drowning. So I actually know quite a few penguins who were running around the island trying to find a water item to scare the Herbot when really that wasn't necessary at all.

This was the most boring Halloween party by far, the others had haunted houses and stuff but this was so boring especially by the fact that 1 the items were suckish and 2. On the app you could do them all in one go! Step your game up Disney.... Or else 😈
