What a tune. I'd have only been 7 when this released. But I remember it well. I definitely remember seeing it on top of the pops. We watched that show religiously in our house in the 80s. Every Thursday evening. Then my aunt and nana would take me and my sis to town on the Saturday and buy the latest songs from the top 40 chart. Good times.

Ugh....she so amazing!, I remember being in middle school when this came out on MTV and going to Musicland to buy her album at the Mall.... the memories came flooding back as i watched this! Thank you for uploading this!

Who likes Taylor Dayne better than the other younger Taylor who was born in 1989? Dayne was born in 1962. But today’s young people worship the other Taylor and concerts sell out. Dayne still performs though.

The only thing about those MTV performances back then, were that they were lip syncing to their own music. They thought crowds didn’t really want to hear the live version of a song they wanted to hear the record version so they would just lip sync. She is amazing live though I can say that and always has been. You can tell her live versions to lip-synching her own songs.
