I saw it the other day and it’s okay but it does not hold a candle to Rise/Dawn/War for the Planet of the apes. Kingdom is a set up movie for another one coming out in a few years. For me, it failed to get me emotionally invested in the new characters and the apes look and behave awfully similar to humans than apes themselves. Like, I can almost see where the dots tracked the actor’s facial movements. There’s a significant lack of sign language, which I really wished played a bigger role for communication like the first few movies.

Its the fact koba was right...they had weapons to wipe them out. Nukes everything but they were for other humans but at the same time they still hated the apes. Sayint apes amd humans cant live together which was true even in the new movie. human betray apes
