which one is the main cause of CN6 palsy? Is imaging needed in the first place? we are often said it will regenerate.

Hi! I’d like to ask whether an Abducens nucleus lesion presents differently than a PPRF lesion. Or do they both produce the same ipsilateral horizontal gaze palsy? Thank you! Your videos are super helpful.
