Lyf achhi chal ri thi ..physical work kaafi tha..suddenly winters mein bones mein pain hone laga itna pain ki ankle se badhkar knees tak pahuch gaya ...doctors k paas gayi ...maloom hua vitamin d deficiency ....16 tha mera ...supplements se itna araam mila knees ki swelling khatam ho gayi ...plzz guys zarrur check karvaaye ...vegetarians ko bahut ho ri yeh deficiency

Kisine ye nahi kaha ki Vitamin D ke sath sath oil bhi lena chahiya kyu ki Vitamin D oil me soluble hai jise body absorb kar sakta hai. Ye point ka dhyan rakhana jaruri hai

इस गरीब देश मे ना दूध है ना मिल्क प्रोडक्ट। गरीब तो गरीब है। स्कूल में जो दूध मिलता है वो भी ठीक नही है। सैंपल फैल हो जाएगा। डेज़ह में भ्रष्टाचार बहुत है।अधिकांश बच्चों का सुआस्थ कमजोर है ।

Vitamin d is produced by ultraviolet b light. Ultravoilet b is absent in morning and evening because ozone layer absorb all the uv b light at that time. Only uv A is present in morning and evening which does not produce vit d. So 10 am to 4 pm light is best for vit d production

VEGETARIANS ke liye vitD maintain karna mushkil hai India me kyuki mik aur diary products tu detergent aur urea mila hota hai.Unfortunately no milk compsny has its own diaries, they procure from farmers and most of them mix vegetable oil and urea in a way that milk gets passed to next stage.Mother diary,Amul have failed in almost every test whenever done independently.

What we used to study is that ergosterol is present in human skin. When this is exposed to sun light or ultraviolet radiations it is activated and acquire the potency of vitamin D vitamin D4 to be exact.

Dr. Shashank is an idiot guys. Sunlight help in the formation of vit D. Rays reacts with cholesterol which is present in the whole body and forms a chemical which passes from liver where it is processed further and then from kidney and converted to vit D and is absorbed by bones.

In paan chewing chuna is with katho. And sweet coconut that chuna is calcium provider nourishment. So why deny eating paan as mukhvas? Increase daily doze of paan after meal will strengthen bones. Methi pak can provide sufficient nourishment for bones strengthening having gum and much herbal ingredients.

Eating paan with chuna won't make your bones strong if u dont have enough vit d as that calcium won't be absorbed that much and also that is calcium carbonate which is literally like eating rocks.

Dahi jo khate ho unme lakho bacteria jiv paye jate hn lactobacilas ka. Dahi khane ka arth ye hua ki itne prani ko hum maut derahe hn. Hum murgi fish bakri unko kha rahe hn isliye insaan unko palan kar raha hai jisse unka sankhya bhi badh raha hai. Chil kowa in prani ko insaan ni khata isliye aaj bilupt hai ow prani. Vegitables bhi kha raha hai insaan to unka cultivation horaha hai nhi to owh bhi lupt hojata aur chicken fish n goat bhi. The doctor has said about the sunrays being not appropriate because of pollutants but HE didn't dare to speak on sun screens. Why was it so? Corporate world doesn't allow this?

I too was rather confused about it. Main thing is: Dr Joshi is the only doctor I have so far heard saying that sunshine doesn’t contribute to vitamin D production, while other doctors are encouraging viewers to get sunshine - contradictory opinions in the same video. An Indian myth??? Please clear this up for us🙏

Level can increase snd decrease . So vitamin-D test can change time to time. So don’t worry. Nourishment and sun are only two providers in levelling Vitamin -D deficiency.

Dr.Joshi human get vitamin D from sunlights,it’s not only Indian myth but in America doctors are saying to stay in sunlights before 11am for at least 10-15 minutes too . Tell me about it please

Thanks for the information. My personal point of view is that vitamin D is a must & very important., Sunlight especially in the morning & evening is beneficial to some extent but the main vitamins will be found in the food we eat. If one is low in vitamin D then it will be eminent that one will have symptoms of tiredness, laziness.lack of energy & bone pains and with a lot of complications with other issues in our bodies. If the levels of the vitamin D are low, o e should start taking a small dose of vitamin D supplement everyday. I hope this will help the viewers. Thank you. Mehrunnisa 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🙏

Lumia capsules once per day. Sun basking early phase of the morning between 8am to 10am. Also lean meat and fish. Shell fish and lot of green veggies. I was having three weeks ago vitanin D chronic deficiency of 9. Never tested it ever in my life. This is the fourth week. Religiously followed as per my GP's advice. Checked it today it is 35.

@@reenatambe1377 Hi dear I did eat lots of fish and almonds. I still do. Also basking in the sun in the first half of the day for ten mins. Since you are a vegan pls eat lots of lettuce and broccoli. If possible take Omega Oil capsules. Thnx.

Dr. Shikha in cold country like Uk kya afternoon me dhoop jara bhi tej nahi hoti to kya afternoon sun me rah sakte hai? Also in the morning it’s too cold to stay outside without wearing coat. In that case sun doesn’t touch to the skin.

Host should talk less and let doctors talk. He is cutting while they are explaining and repeating sentences on his own. One unanswered question to me is, what is the maximum acceptable Vit D level in India?, also what is the absorption rate of oral vit D supplements?.
