Many cities not have good design on streets, there not much surveilance cameras, and transportation between smart cities and smart villages could be better. At the same time carbon foot print could be reduced if on roof like standartased equipment will be installed cleaning systems on each smart building roof in a quantity need for carbon level in this city. From the other point of view 11 billion people it is huge quantity of humans and preassure between different comunities in city, cities, vilages will incrace. Interests of different communities in new areas grow with population, and neutral intelligent regulation need to be made for each communty, family or individual in city or village, in another way it become mess. If smart buildings will be in each city and in each village it could take on itself intelligent not involved balancing relationships, intelligent regulation for creating possibilities in good standards in life for each, and give equal opportunities for good quality life for individuals, families, communities, super large communities by creating good quality environment for security and privacy, for happy and beautiful life and sustainable wealthy future. Risk management in possible future virtual situations for different levels relationships between different communities and individuals could be super beneficial.

I know this is a bit old but the creators of this video need to understand the difference between fact and opinion. You can't say a Myth is busted by saying "it is thought that it is 10% blah blah". The word thought means that it hasn't been proven or there are enough variances that it is unknown thus what your calling a myth still has viable proof that it is actually true and not a myth.

Dubai is the epitome of unsustainability - a city in the desert fuelled by oil and gas money. This lip service to the environment with a "smart" building is laughable.
