He wanted too much equity, and only had an idea of what he wanted to do with it. He didn't lay out a quick business plan like mark and Lori did, or offer the reassurance Richard did about having a global team. Robert simply didn't do enough to woo the entrepreneur which tells me he either didn't have the ammo or wasn't that passionate about it.

Realistically, this is an incredibly simple product, easily replicated, and incredibly low barrier to entry. On amazon alone there are so many well reviewed "silicone tool tray" options before you see the grypmat. That said, its also 49.99 for a single large grypmat. seems a little lofty for a simple silicone tray. 129.99 for the tri-pack
