Nicaragua argued during two days of hearings earlier this month that Berlin violated the 1948 Genocide Convention and international law by supplying Israel with arms, well aware there was a risk of genocide
Nicaragua has asked the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to demand that judges impose emergency measures to stop Germany from providing Israel with weapons and other assistance.

During Israel's deadly war in Gaza, now in its sixth month, Tel Aviv has reportedly granted 12 licences for gas exploration off the Gaza coast to six local and foreign companies, among them the Italian energy company Eni, Britain's BP, Dana Petroleum - a subsidiary of Korea National Oil Corporation - and Israeli Ratio April 24, 2024. Who can fight for the Palestinians on this issue? The land is obvious but many do not consider to SECURE the waters? My thoughts on why a "floating dock" is being built? Obviously NOT for food as if that were the case, LET THE TRUCKS IN!

What do you expect from this court? The members of the court are judges chosen by the American and European countries, and the American and European countries instruct these judges what to decide. So we conclude that the answer of this court is in favor of Israel
