One big problem with these multi tasking machines is the need to run really long toolholders for clearance.

Hi Have a good day We have a Mazak i-250HS machine. We are facing an offset issue on radial milling. Can you please send me one ISO sample programme.

What do you mean exactly? More than likely the cutter comp code is being output ON an arc when it needs to be output on a linear line. Example: G41 G3 I J K *WON'T WORK* Needs to be a linear line move Example " G41 X and or Y (any value) BEFORE G3 arc commands.

Hi I had a problem when adjusting cuttercomp is not affecting at all. I adjust.in the tool offset as well as tool data. But I never get it to adjust .I really needed help. Thanks in advance if you can help out. My machine the same as this one
