This is a basic overview of how we make the G10 handle scales for our knives. In this case we are milling handles for our Mallard bird and trout knife from a sheet of dayglow yellow G10.
You'll see quick snippets of all the different steps from roughing to finishing and then the final hanle hole drilling and profiling steps.

Did you ever try diamond coated tools? I always used that myself but it looks like many are using "normal" carbide tools with better success.
