I notice the first oval you cut out the torch goes right over the top of the cutout piece. My goal for the tool path is to never go over the top of a cutout piece.

i see you offerd to share post processor, id be interested... Im not using mach3 but i think itd be a good starting point. my system "imitates mach3, sort of....lol"

The hypertherm 45XP regulates the PSI but we feed it a constant 90psi and have it set to 45 amps.

We use a custom written file specific for mach3 and fusion 360. I’d be happy to share with you if you needed it.
