Yeah, most of these weapons look like they were from the U.S allot of AR-15’s and US made AK’s. There is a certain look to the weapons that is a give away like the AK’s look very new the metal has a type of finish to it. If you are a gun person from the U.S you will know.

I’m a gun person and those ARs you see as well as M16s and even M4s are mostly milsurp and old retired police weapons which means they were shipped from the government. How do I know, watch some of the videos and notice they use burst and full auto which no civilian can get their hands on that many in the US. I would bet money most of the AKs we see are coming in from the Middle East for obvious reasons. The milsurp guns were probably given to the Haitian government and stolen by the gangs. Are there some retail ARs there, sure but the bulk of what I noticed is literally military grade and we know who to blame for those.

Full respect for these reporters but the small arms manufacturers through out the world are legally allowed to mass produce weapons more than the world population but a small percentage of the world population is legally allowed to have a firearms. So the larger amount of these firearms is for the black market. When a person in a democratic republic state get arrested with a illegal firearm that person will face a court. But strange enough when law enforcement doing there investigations they never investigate the real origin of the firearm which is the manufacturers. On international waters any person or people caught with illegal firearms they cannot be charge by no law enforcement agencies. They could only be charge in sovereign waters.
