If that’s the only time you fly your country’s flag then I consider that sad as an American 🇺🇸 who’s patriarchal roots are from the country of Mexico 🇲🇽 and my matriarchal roots are from the country of Peru 🇵🇪 I never fly any other flag than the American 🇺🇸 flag. Of course, my American flag was waving in the wind at my house on the Fourth of July. I raise my flag proudly on memorial day. But I can bet in your country whatever that is you will not see your country‘s flag flying well except maybe you know for a soccer game but I bet you’ll see all kinds of other flags fly from the people that have immigrated to your country. They don’t see themselves as citizens of whatever country you’re in, they see themselves whatever country they came from or their religion you will be outnumbered and probably overrun by the newly immigrants who will in time run your county.
