Nice drills as always :) Few more suggestions for upcoming videos 1. How to improve bat speed 2. How to time the ball better Question - holding shape after each shot, how important is this and why?

This is a good question. To us personally shape is important while the shot is being played, specifically until contact point as this gives you the best chance to play the shot effectively. After the shot though no need to hold shape. 💪

Amazing videos! I am really strong on the offside, never get bowled, but cannot pull any decently paced ball. Would you suggest I prepare my mind & stance to face the short ball *every ball*, and adjust accordingly if the ball is not short? Keen to try these drills out tomorrow at training!

Stretching, a lot of stretching! Most fast bowlers playing at First class or higher do a stretching session every day👍

Work on your power in your delivery stride, and go and do explosive power workouts. Explosive power + increased flexibility will be the main way to help you get a yard or two👌

Nice drills to improve the pull shot. When the ball is short I try to go back and miss the ball. How should I try to stay on the crease and wait for the ball to come?

If the movement is causing you to miss the ball when playing a pull shot, just stand still and shift your weight forward and back to generate a bit more time👌🏻

If we have to lead with the head. Then head is not stable...so wht does lead with head means?? And should we lead with head in short ball aa well

So when we say lead with the head, it means push your head towards the ball. It should still be stable. With short balls, just get your head in line with the ball, you do still lead with the head though.

Hey there, you will have to hit a lot of balls! You can improve timing by doing hand eye drills and just hitting a lot of balls in general.
