A former Australian international, Alyson earned 228 caps scoring 166 goals. During this time she won 2 Olympic Golds, 2 Hockey World Cups, 4 Champions Trophies, and 1 Commonwealth Gold. In 2013 Alyson successfully gained the prestigious award of becoming a member of Sport Australia Hall of Fame! As a coach she led the The Netherlands Women's National Team to a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil and a gold medal at 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. They have also won gold medals at the 2017 and the 2021 Women's EuroHockey Nations Championship.
Alyson is the definition of "Serial Winning" and joins Kris and Harrison today to chat about Coaching Environment, and provide an insight into work she has done in creating a high performance team. It's a fascinating conversation, and something every coach or business leader can transfer into their own environments.
