Found it useful the fact that it's important for managers to have coaching skills and to have understanding of use of language

This remember me what I did during the last 2 years of my previous job (during 2017 and 2018). My "real" job was a programmer, but according to circumstances, I was more in additional roles such as software architect, product owner, team leader and manager. It was a really interesting time, as I learnt how to deal with people, the persons in my team. I learnt how to hire them, motivate them, reveal the best of them. And, it truly resonates with the content of this video. I focused on what bring light and fire in the eyes of my colleagues, to find how I can rely the project goals to their personal ones. Always focus on people, they build the products, they build company culture thus a kind of family, and the company can be great. Before being great outside, it has to be really great inside :) Love spreading this wisdom, to help more people to be very happy to go to their work place! :D

Always good to refresh yourself on these skills as well. I visit videos like these every few months or so.
