With snow falling on the SLR, it's up to Yvonne to clear the line. Yvonne is our coal fired Roundhouse Billy loco with a Riverdale boiler.

Absolutely brilliant; really realistic speed, so rare to see in films of 16mm scale locos running. Yvonne looks so powerful

Nice video. I like your layout. That station is great. “Yvonne” did well with the snow plough. I have just received my RH Billy in maroon, but mine is gas fired as are my other locos. The difference being that the new arrival, to be named “Sally” is only 16mm whilst my others are 7/8in. I have been hoping that Accucraft will produce a Koppel or similar in 7/8in. The problem being that when visiting other peoples layouts that with 7/8in stock, their loading gauge is too small and running 7/8 can be very limiting. So, my “Sally” can reach places that 7/8 can’t, and is radio controlled unlike my other locos. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes from the Ock Valley Light Railway in Oxfordshire.

Brilliant to watch. I have one of these Riverdale/Roundhouse engines too, but now I see I need a lot more practice at firing up. Cheers.

5:00 i don't think its lgb track, anyway what's the turning grades there? Dealer here tells me to use r3 minimal for a Regner Frieda is that true? Because this turn looks sharper to me on video Really love the video by the way!
