Had a days coaching with mark, on the Yare, about 5yrs ago. Learnt loads, but equally important, had a great day with him. Fantastic angler & a lovely fella to spend a days fishing with.

Interesting as a left-hander Mark swops hands to land fish as the reel handle is on the side for a right-handed angler. I used to do this as I was taught to fish by my father who was right-handed

Love the video but shocked at how much gear Mark took to his peg for the match. I've not been match fishing for more than 20 years but that amount of gear is extraordinary. Is that now the norm?

oldskool wax Mark has been using the RS20K suit for the past six weeks over in Ireland and the weather has certainly been wet and it’s kept him perfectly dry
