11 жыл бұрынIt's big, bad and sexy! This B&M (Bolliger & Mabillard) mega/hyper coaster has a mammoth 256 foot (78 meters) drop and a top speed of 83mph (134kph). It's a must ride - full of airtime, an eye-watering pace and offers great views of the park! It sort of overshadows Dragon Khan, doesn't it?

Eejanaika, T-express, Zadra, Expedition Geforce, DC Rivals. Shambhala is a phenomenal coaster, but I wouldn't say it's easily the best outside the US.

It isn’t actually. This was only the like 5th proper rollercoaster I went on in my life when I was 12. I’m a REALLY big scaredy cat and tbh it’s way more scary waiting to get on than the actual ride. It’s a tiny bit freaky at the very top but once u r going down it’s really run.

Andre Wallace it really isn't! I went on it 3 years ago when I was 9 and It was the first rollercoaster of ever been on and now I'm not scared on any rollercoasters! Once you ride this, u feel as if u can go on any ride in the world

Excellent ride! Two major drops and about 4 good sized moderate drops! Plus all the good twists and turns! It looks smooth, too!! I would ride this one, and I am 60!

rode it yesterday- my first time in portaventura and it was AMAZING. we queued in the single rider queue although it did take about 30-40 minutes it was worth the long wait!

I was there six days ago and it was the best thing I ever done and I definitely recommend it for anyone going to Port Aventura

My family and I go to this park every year for Halloween and besides Huracan Condor this is my fave, let's hope the new attraction that is being build next to it is as good as this one!!

I was riding this with my 13yr old daughter last summer. About a fortnight later we were getting off The Big One, and agreeing that they shouldn't be classified as being the same sort of ride. (No prizes for guessing which one got the serious thumb up, and which one equally far down,)

tabularmite I know what you mean - a rather flat, slow, scenic trip up and down the prom - but it's the roughest bloody monorail I've ever been on. We are well familiar with the term "B&M roar". Well this gives you the "Arrow rattle".

Looks awesome. Just confused why B&M has been putting such boring sections after the mcbrs these days. The sections after the MCBR on Apollos Chariot, Nitro etc are awesome. This one is so far into the ride its not even necessary. Theres already enough block sections to run 3 train operation without it. There is at least 3 behind the station, plus the station, and the lift hill. That is 5 block sections if you take out the mcbr, which is more than sufficient for three train operation.

What freaks me the most with this one is that you're only held on your lower body and your upper body is completely free contrary to DRAGON KHAN. Shambala and Hurakan Kondor are in my top 2 favourite (I haven't been able to go to Ferrari Land yet)

When you're in the park it doesn't look that big, until you get on it it's crazy. The strap that holds you in just goes over your legs. I could see the ride from the airport that's how height it is

The design reminds me a lot of the Intimidator in Carowinds. If I ever go there, I'm definitely riding it.

these types of rides are my favourite: speed and sharp drops! after watching so many of these coaster POV videos, I've come to the realisation that the coasters in my country really pale in comparison to those around the world :|

Looks amazing! CoasterForce B&M hypers are known for being trimmed and having only floater airtime...videos are tough to gauge, so how good is the airtime on here? Ejector? Very strong/sustained floater? Glad they have finally gone big and are trimming down the trims and MCBR's like on Leviathan!

Port Aventura do Halloween really well (or they used to, don't know what it's been like the last few years), great parades and extra 'rides', well worth going in october.

I prefer by far the Dragon Khan, but I must admit that it's a good roller coaster. The most creepy is when you are in the climb and you overstep the dragon khan and it goes up for another 2 minutes...

Coasters are safer than cars, trains, planes, and all other forms of transportation. There is even a higher chance of being killed by lightning strike than being injured on a coaster.
