I cannot stress enough how much I loved Terry completely laid out how absurd and insane the plot of Karate Kid 3 was. I genuinely burst out laughing when he was talking about how absurd it was that he spent that much time terrorizing a teenager over a karate tournament. That’s the kinda meta commentary I’m here for.

Love the cocaine explanation, best route they could have gone. Makes complete sense, accurate to the era and also ties in with the Kreese and Silvers war vet storyline. Well played. I totally buy it.

Robbie really is the Anakin Skywalker of this show and that's so funny to me. Like I look at Robbie and I just think of Obi-Wan saying "You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them." I know it won't happen but I wish Daniel will go to Robbie and basically say that line but in the context of Cobra Kai.

The only thing I hate about this show is that I love it so much, I binge the entire season on day 1!!! It's so great!!!! Crazy that you mentioned Betty White while memorializing Ed Asner, she died today. 😭 Rest in Peace Betty. I don't know if you guys ever heard of the Mary Tyler Moore show, but Betty and Ed were both on it. That's how I was introduced to the both of them as a kid.

Terry Silver dismissed ALL of Kreese's statements... even had a serious face all through out since seeing Kreese after 35 years, but the very mention of Daniel's name made him go back to that mischievous smile "Danny boy???" It's like that goddamn scene in Batman: Death in the Family where Joker realized he's talking to Jason Todd. I love it!

Having binged the whole season, the ending is one HELL of a cliffhanger.

Just got done binging the season. No spoilers but you guys are going to LOVE it! There are some absolutely blowaway moments.

Hawk's my favorite of the younger cast no doubt. Jacob Bertrand's awesome. He played the crazed bully last season to the more sympathetic Hawk so convincingly.

Hawk is one of the better characters in this show. He is so well developed and he is awesome this season. I love that he was the one to bridge the two dojos.

This season was FANTASTIC, even got some teary eyes outta me at one point. So good, this show really didn't even have to be. They really could've gotten away with good guys vs bad guys, karate fight, they win. But they hit us with all these perspectives and complexities, even made me appreciate my LEAST favorite character in the entire show.

god damn. the actor that plays as robbie legit could play as terry mcginnis from batman beyond if they ever do a live film/show one day. years ago there was a fancast poll on twitter ppl did and many ppl say the kid playing as robbie could be a good fit. now years later he muscled up, his voice changed a bit and appearence wise he can pull it off if they ever cast him for the role. if the actor for miguel been casted to play jamie reyes/blue beetle then he should play as terry mcginnis/batman. with keaton back as batman and info of him appearing in the batgirl film and possible future films for sure keaton play as the retired batman and teaches him to become the next one.

The fact that Rick was the first one to say “kick her” made this reaction for me lol. I’ve see this reaction multiple times and that part never gets old haha
