Hawk vs Robby was one of if not the greatest fight in this series

I hope Robbie goes with Johnny if they travel to Mexico, I think seeing Robbie and Miguel bond would be great because they have been nothing but enemies so far.

So many people seem to feel bad for Kreese. I guess they forget he brought Silver back. He pushed Silver and manipulated him constantly. Silver had pretty genuine intentions at first. Kreese ruined that. Kreese is still a monster. He just created a bigger monster.

Tory winning, especially how she did was the right call. It extend both characters stories and gives them both interesting character arcs. If Sam had one, that would be it for that rivalry. I give credit to the writers for going against the grain and let Tory have her moment of shine.

I just can't wait to see Terry and Chozen Fight, It will be Legendary.

This season really redeemed Hawk. He was on the bottom half of my character ranking, now he's #4. I love what they've done with him so far and he deserved that win.

I am obsessed with how hard Greg is trying not to completely implode the whole last half of the episode! XD

Eli and Tory are the ones who most needed their wins. My season 5 predictions are: Johnny will go help Miguel in Mexio and Robbie will try to get Kenny out of Cobra Kai. Tory will possibly try to reconcile with Sam. After all, she knows that she didn't win fairly. Obviously Chozen will help Daniel, probably by opening his own dojo...Chozen wasn't part of the deal. Kreese is a wild card. I can't see him going to Johnny for help, but it is possible. And everybody talks about Mike Barnes and Julie Pierce, but what about Jessica Andrews? The forgotten character.

For me Robby's fight was also all about him shedding off the cobra kai influence (his Gi slowly falling off!) As he started fighting with respect, specially after cooling off and reflecting on his fight with Kenny. This paired with Miguel's stepping down and Tory vs Sam fight this tournament echoed the earlier season speech of fighting not for violence (or karate drama) but for themselves.

I cried so hard when Robby started crying 😭

I was on the edge of my seat when watching this episode, what a way to end a season!

This is the best season finale CK had imo. The fight scenes where amazing (hawk vs robbie was so intense), Silver turning on Kreese and paying off the ref and thus making Tory feel bad although she had great development and many even routed for her (me included) and thought that she would have deserved this win. Miguel running off to meet his dad is also a great set up for next season and Chozen coming to Daniels help is also great for next season. Cant wait for S5, this show just keeps getting better.

Tory is going to help Kreese, as he has always been there for her in his own maniacal way, but he looked out for her, now its her turn! Bring on a Chozen Silver showdown :D

Dude those final fights had some of the best choreography in this show!!

I wonder if Chozen will become Dimitri's sensei. I think out of everyone, Dimitri is the one who is best to teach offensive Miyagi Do and Pressure point. He is the one who is the least aggressive and less likely to start a fight. He would be even better than Daniel for this. Daniel already used his pressure point for a simple match. This will make Dimitri's character stand out more as a fighter.

So NO ONE is going to talk about how Johnny's TV survived the entire season?

Daniel and Johnny are the divorce parents that you want for them to get back together.

There's an abstract painting on Silver's wall at the beginning of episode 1 when he's playing piano. All the red and blue in the painting makes some nice subtle foreshadowing for this finale.

Mr. Miyagi once said even if you win you lose. Tory thought she won until she saw that Terry paid off the ref, then she knew she lost. YES! I'm glad I caught that!

This show shouldn’t be this good, and to make me actually feel sorry for Tory and root for her when I used to hate her, well done to the writers and peyton who plays tory

The writing in this show amazes me every time! There were so many plot twists and surprises at the end but none of them seemed out of place and I’m so excited for season 5!

Kreese to me seemed to kinda soften because of Tori. he seemed to actually care about her well being. When she was aggressive towards Robbie he took her into his office and asked about her mom. Then he went to the market and confronted in a "rational" for him way and had a somewhat decent talk with Amanda about Tori's situation at home. I feel like Terry might take advantage of Tori's situation maybe pay for medical treatments for her mom or something so he keeps her on his side. She is very loyal to Kreese.

This finale was amazing, it had everything that you could ever want and so much more

You know what, I'm coming back to this reaction every few weeks. This is one of my favorite episodes of television, and sometimes I just want to see people's reaction to it, and I just love especially Greg's reaction to this. How emotional and invested he gets. This is still my favorite reaction of this episode.

I was so emotional during this season and the finale was amazing. This is my favorite series, along with Stranger Things, I’ve seen as an adult. Hawk is one of my favorite characters. He just is. This series could really go any direction and the writing would deliver. The actors are so talented. I loved seeing Johnny and Daniel come back together and Johnny and Robbie, too. I never liked Robbie until this season. Always liked Tori. Her arc was great this season. Sam’s fighting was better than ever. Dimitri really shined this season. Can’t say enough great things about this series in every way. Loved your reviews.

Ok Tori had a good fight but if the ref didint cheat Sam would have won. So no Tori didint deserve that victory at all. She won after Sam was stolen a point. She deserves to be called a good fighter, but she doesnt deserve that trophy one bit. Great character arc for her, hope she admits that bit of info to Sam or Miyagi Fang people.

There were like 6-7 major character arcs done in this single episode for Daniel,Johnny,Robby,John,Tory,Miguel and Eli(Hawk) such good writing man. Best episode of Cobra Kai imo.

I feel like for Johnny, Miguel has always been his strength, but Robbie was always his weakness, and many of his decisions this season reflect it. Glad they patched things up.

Tory was a character that developed a lot, and it really became my favorite.

Imagine Robby, Tory, and Hawk learning from Chozen. Kenny and Shawn, Kyler and Piper, ect.,possibly might fall under Terry and Mike's spell. I hope at least Tory tells Sam and Amanda what happened. Eli 'walked off" positive this season but I think Demetri grew soooo much as well this season as well.

Miguel had a lot of character growth this season that is gonna continue on into next season. He was struggling mentally and had some real internal conflict happening that no one else seemed to notice: • struggling with thinking about his financial future and his relationship with Sam. • understanding that he, and most of the other kids are being used to fight only for the adults’ silly feud. he felt like he was not fighting for himself any more and felt like he had nothing to gain from it. • feeling the overall pressure to maintain his title for all the wrong reasons. he new he was the one to beat. • his and johnnys strained relationship, causing him to not feel the need to fight his battles for him anymore. • his determination to figure out himself and find out what he really wants to do. his arc this season was really interesting . my man’s heart was not in this competition and for very valid reasons. he’s gonna be the big winner by the end of the series. I can feel it. they’re setting him and Robby up long term. I also feel Tory and Robby are gonna go through similar arcs next season where they’re over the whole karate feud and realize they’re more than a trophy. This season gave him a lot of clarity and he grows as a character as he realized everyone was fighting for stupid rivalry and revenge and to prove something. He backs off because he is not afraid to take a step back. He chose his heart and a peace of mind rather than chasing a trophy. He’s still undefeated. El Serpiente, everyone will be waiting for you next season. Miguel’s major challenge this season was ultimately figuring out himself and where he fit into all of this .He realized later into the season that he was not fighting for himself this time around as much as he was fighting for Daniel and Johnnys ridiculous rivalry. along with a lot of his other internal struggles; such as his strained relationship with Johnny, his financial future, future relationships, need to know where he came from, etc. all of this plays into his emotional struggle and it’s gets to the point where he’s just over the entire thing. hes more than a trophy. he’s more than some crazy rivalry. he wants to figure out what HE is fighting for. that shows maturity in him that he has always had. and I know he’s being set up for bigger things in the future. I can’t wait to see where he goes.

Hawk versus Robbie with some of the best karate choreography I've ever seen and I'm not even joking. I know this is just a little Netflix show but I was truly on the edge of my seat like a really good wrestling match where you didn't know who was going to win. That was awesome. Also I thought I was done crying after the Miguel scene with Johnny when Miguel told Johnny that he loved him. That destroyed me. But this episode got me a lot too

Hawk being the only character that found balance with who he is as a person is also the person interestingly enough that won at the tournament. Also, one thing that people don't talk about with Chozen is the financial resources he (potentially) brings. If he took over his uncle's business Daniel now has access to financial resources that may allow him to compete with Terry.

Tory has a Johnny Lawrence type story. The way she was introduced is the same way we see Johnny in the first movie. However, if you see it from her perspective, Sam was the aggressor much like her father. I hope Tory comes to Sam and gives her the trophy to start season 5.

Season 5, Johnny goes to find Miguel, Chozen takes on Silver, Larusso takes on Barnes. Johnny runs in to Michael Ironsides who now has some dodgey connection with bad guys that are involved with Miguel's dad. Johnny has a run in with said bad guys but manages to bring Miguel home. Michael Ironsides and bad guys follow. Daniel decides to call an old friend of Mr Miyagi's for help. Season ends with Hillary Swank arriving at Miyagi Do. It's never gunna happen but I can dream 🤣 If it does go down like this, I had no prior knowledge but will take all the credit 😂😂😂

If you didn’t know, SEASON 5 already wrapped shooting :-) They finished it in late december, and they’re in post-production right now.. Honestly, I think S5 could already land this summer, as a total surprise! S4 and S5 pretty much filmed back-to-back, just like Matrix 2 & 3 did, along with Back to the Future Part 2 & 3. Both of those franchises had their 3’rd chapters premiere just six months after their part 2’s. There’s definitely a chance, that NetFlix could suddenly drop an S5 surprise teaser-trailer, ending with the titlecard: “SUMMER 2022”.

I agree with the backseat approach with Miguel this season. Really kept it real and grounded. Not everyone in the world obv knows each of our problems or the demons we fight with each day. Alsooo I’m wondering how Sam will react. They are dating and I don’t see a connection that they discussed this decision prior to him leaving without telling her. 9 times out of 10 women…they do not like that 😬

Mike Barnes is definetly coming back 100%. The creators want to bring back as many people as they can from the "Miyagiverse" & recent interviews with Barnes actor he pretty much says he is coming back without breaking his NDA. The actor who played Ned, Julie's main Bully said he wants to be in the show as well. I'm also sure the creators have been in talks with Hillary Swank. She hasnt commented on Cobra Kai at all as far as I know but c'mon, she is Miyagi's only other student, shes coming back. Im not sure about Colenel Dougan or Mcgowen but it would be neat if Dougan was in Kreese & Terry's troop during Vietnam. They seem to be around the same age. As far as Stingray attacking that guy, people forget that this dude walked into his house. Once somebody is in your house, on your property, & they are not welcome, you could kill them, & it's legal.
