I'm thinking about this one a lot, because it in somehow justifies the "no mery" one, but we also have the "is that really how you want to live your life?" Sadly i guess (even if i chose the other way all of the time) it doesnt matter how you do it IF "the ends justify the means",because history is writen by winners and not my moral winners. Robbie will comeback he will beat Miguel 2 times them scores will be Parallel, Robbie is a kind guy only his past or circumstance hinders him while Miguel thinks he is the baddest or hunkiest guy on the planet hiding behind he's Hawk friend but remember Robbie got a bad shoulder that's technically not a 100 percent that's why Miguel targeted his shoulder and Robbie was on the ground. Robbie lost control when he felts Miguel left him and showed no Mercy back to Miguel remember folks Miguel cheated along with Hawk to beat Robbie at Karate Finals and he dislocated his shoulder so the effects is still there he is not yet healed. Larusso will coach Robbie to have Balance that's what he is trying to improve in his students

As it was mentioned in a previous episode when Miguel defeated Hawk at the wood fight, they may be fighting each other for a day but they are concider each other brothers for life, so he's going to do anything in order to take revenge for Miguel, so he's all in for Cobra kai's rules in S3 "strike first, strike hard, no mercy"

Yes, despite fighting with no mercy at the tournament, this time he remembered his Sensei's words about honor and mercy and he stopped... while Robby who was taught all along that karate is for defense only, he didn't stop.

@@tvtributes That's what's ironic and great story telling and why you see both daniel and johnny so distraught in elevator. They both caused this in some way. Johnny had the right view and still did to have mercy, but sometimes because don;t fight fair and it can get a person to suffer. But miguel showing no mercy would have meant he's no better than and is just as bad as robbie. Two wrongs don't make a right they make one worse doing the same path. But daniel part of it too, because he taught robbie karate. He meant well and tried to teach robbie the right way but he in the end did not follow or let his emotion go against the teaching. Even though miguel was part of cobra kai, he showed more a miyagi aspect at the end and robbie showed more kreeses cobra kai side. That would be real interesting if kreese ends up getting robbie. It shows robbie running away after the fight scene, who knows where he ran to and where he shows up next season. I love the layers and though process, the writers tie in so much to where there's more than you think to it if you pay attention to what happens and the irony and why things happened. Yet despite drama, they still had humor. And what's cool is that they had some of the random funny moments you didn't expect or don't usually seem humor immersed in dramatic scenes. I was like 'oh shit, things are going down with sam and tori in the hallway ready to fight. And then the little asian kid fighting and stuff was funny, especially when security picked them up like babies and they are still flailing their arms trying to fight each other. And then stringray lmao, such a weirdo, loser hanging with teenagers as an adult, looking like he's 30 man. But becomes security to be part of the school and his cobra kai crew and then fights off the miyagi do kids and the previous episode 9 where he shows up at frickin highschool party and with his date and she's confused and like "why are we here, you said we were going a party". But the weirdo goes to a highschool party and on top of that didn't tell the woman he took that important detail. And him tryiing to leave the house at the party because the cops came, but he couldn't open the doors because clown taped both his hands to the alcohol bottles he had lol

@@miamiman24 yes, the use comic relief on perpuse so people can take a breath and keep up with the story.... and yes, I agree with you... Daniel and Johny will have to take responsibility for their actions and they felt that on the elevator because hadn't it been for them... miguel and robby probably wouldn't have ended up the way they did.

was glad they went with bringing miguel back to the light. i honestly did think johnny was teaching his pupils a correct way on not letting themselves be a victim anymore and to seize opprotunity. miguel shooting his shot at sam in season 1 is proof of it. He beat kyler down and asked her out even if it was just as friends. But he did let them down in not addreasing the difference between mercy and honor in season 1. Both Johnny and Daniel gained something from Cobra Kai in the 80's but were not properly guided. The way of the Cobra is about attacking and emotion but without focus. It can be like fire, where it is an effective tool and can keep you warm or it can rage uncontrollably and burn down the dojo.

That final episode especially was brutal and heartibreaking.. but we can't do anything else but wait for season 3. I bet there will be a season 3!

@@basetmastoor3231 I think that there has been no official announcement yet about season 3 probably because they are waiting to see how many people will watch it on KZfaq Red and whether it will be concidered a succesful one or not. People are still watching it and then keep coming back asking for season 3. So we will have to wait and see when they will announce it. Best case scenario, there will be a season 3 but we won't see any new episodes before spring/summer 2020

@@basetmastoor3231 I guess even if they already have season 3 on script, they will have to wait for KZfaq Red to aprove a season 3 and then start filming etc I don't think that it's possible to season 3 to be on KZfaq Red before that since they are releasing the complete season at once. :) I keep rewatching it since I am editing videos and I still enjoy it. It was well crafted and it leaves more to be expected in next season :)

Miguel wanted not to be a better fighter but a better man as well as Johny told him while Robby let anger and jelousy take over and went on fighting in a similar way that Miguel had hit him in the tournament in S1. I think that Miguel will return. We just have to wait for s3

The writers seems smart and I think he rebound, but it might be a few episodes in third season before he truly comes back. But I don't think he's dying or will be paralyzed or such. It would make things look a little stupid to take that serious because it's a karate series with teens and many parts can be dramatic, but the charm of it is the humor that plays of it's connection to original and how they are relate to each other. It would be foolish too because the big mistake other show series make is they get rid of or write off their main characters or do something drastic and then the show is not the same after. It loses the humor or important aspect the key character brings. Miguel is too important to not be able to fight again, especially since johnny and larusso are the main guys and miguel is not johnny's son, but johnny's has been a father like mentor more so to miguel than robbie. Miguel is too important. Robbie is important, but he doesn't bring the flare like the other chracrters do. He important, but boring in relation to the others. Like hawk has to continue to be featured, I get a kick out of him and you know he's one that''s important and gets attention too plus has a story behind him to, his facade he has and carries or atler ego as hawk. I feel there will be more story that unfolds with hawk next season especially with cobra kai having been taken by kreese and hawk with kreeses cobra kai.

Robby is the one I felt sorry for the most. He was doing good all this way and just 1 mistake..from his view Miguel kissed his drunk girlfriend and kicked his ass, he just wanted to continue fighting, not seriously hurt Miguel.

Reondth, the movie from the past 2010 year was only to hype for Jaden Smith. He is a good actor just like his father Will Smith. But that was a bad idea to remake the old movies with Pat Morita. Pat is an great actor but i thought he was a real teacher of karate before i checked his biography in Wikipedia. Pat made a great scenes and made believe a viewer that he is also a teacher in real life. Jackie Chan is good too, but Jaden... Come on!!

Yes, she believed that she was protecting her relationship while teaching the intrudor/Sam a lesson. Nevertheless things got out of control when more people joined the fight.

I think they wanted to show to people that things can go awfully wrong, especially when you are teaching kids and if you are not ready for it, it's like giving the keys of a fast car to a drunk kid. Things can get messy and then who is to put the blame on? The drunk kid? Or the one who handed him the keys?

Beside all that you guys also forgot that its a part of the script, I watched the both seasons, And i hate the fact that kreese took control of cobra kai again specially after what happened to miguel, His friends thought that its jhonnys fault for teaching him how to show mercy but will Miguel understand that jhonny was absolutely right?

@@saifek3860 There are more coming on season 3 nevertheless I think that he undestood that he was right and that it wasn't about karate only but about life as well that's why he stopped. At the meantime Robby despite being taught miyagido karate, meaning "karate is for defence only" he was the one who attached and a few moments before he swept his leg, the same way his father did, years ago at the tournament, probably because of his anger and his troubled past. So in season 3 we well see if there will be redemption for all of them. Cobra Kai will be on Reese's guidance, while Johny and Daniel can't do karate any more. (Johny lost his Dojo and Daniel's wife has forbiden karate for him.) At the same time Hawk and the rest keep training asking for revenge for Miguel.

Hawk's redemption ark was Season 3 as well as Miguel's recovery and realisation that he did the right thing. I believe Robby's redemption arc will be at the end of Season 4, I don't see Tory's redemption arc anytime soon, maybe Season 5, and well Kreese HAS ALOT TO ANSWER FOR.......

@@thelegendarianoflegend5278 Kreese will eventually get killed off probably in the last season (where only plot convenience kept him alive at the end of season 3). If Robbie can get a redemption arc so could Tory. Tory and Hawk are relatively similar and now that Hawk has turned good, I can see the same for her. Good to see Daniel and Johnny working together.

You can tell people that Miguel is a distant cousin :) Season 3 has been announced so we have just to wait and see what happens to Miguel
