@@lizzkaayako2270 The timing is off in the movies. He got his license in KK1 but had his senior prom at the beginning of KK2. His birthday was before the tournament. That would mean that he was turning 17 then as it was an under 18 tournament. But the tournament was Dec. 19th, so if he just turned 17, he would have been a junior, I would think, in most school districts. But then before the tournament in KK3, he would have turned 18, being ineligible for the under 18 tournament. It's a Cinema Sin. ahaha.

@@tripps1550chozen was already like 20 or 21 in the movie most likely prob even 22 but Daniel was already 18 and graduated hs on his way to college by then already after the tournament, so it was no issue

I surprisingly liked this series. I just randomly watched it, cause nothing else peeked my interest, and i was bored. I got hooked from the first episode. I cant wait to see this last season! It looks like its going out with a bang. I cant wait!

I cant wait to see this. Ive talked about this show a bunch on my channel. I still think the High School fight scene was one of the best segments in the show. I think them making this the last season is a good call. I dont want the show to get dragged along too much. Its been a awesome show based off of movies from soooo long ago. It doesnt happen right and pull it off so good. Im stoked!!!

Kyler possibly becoming friends with Miguel, Dimitri, and Hawk is going to be cool. I hope Robby and Miguel get plenty of brother moments in the show, like even a shopping scene where they are trying to figure out what to get the kid or help Carmen with her pregnancy.

Yes, he was injured but Miguel was also blinded by his rage from the whole Sam situatuon. Miguel has always been the big one, like Demitry says to Hawk "he's never lost a fight either" (excluding the school fight). Hawk won that fight fair and square. They were equal competitors until that one tumble. Robby, Hawk and Miguel have always been the big 3.

@@bill4665, Robby *DID* get cheated out of *TWO* Tournaments. let me break it down it for you: Robby was kicking Miguel's ass in the in the first all valley tournament and he was even giving miguel problems fighting with *ONE ARM* Robby only lost because he was injured from hawk attacking him from behind with a kick and because he showed to miguel by trying to give miguel a hand from that double kick Robby learned from daniel. Miguel fought dirty, Robby fought with honor the *REAL WINNER* Of That First Tournament Was Robby, Daniel even said it in the show.💯 In the season 4 tournament, Robby had hawk pinned to the ground and was close to finishing hawk but Robby became distracted looking at Kenny, he started to see himself in Kenny. It's been proven in the show *3 TIMES* that Robby will beat hawk.💯

I ain't ready for this to end. Hopped onto the cobra kai bandwagon a little late (2021) but damn has it been one hell of a journey. Rewatched the show multiple times. Can't get enough of it. Sucks we're finally at the finish line, but happy to see it all come together at the same time. Cobra kai never dies!

I still think it is a mistake to end it with season 6 with Cobra Kai, I just think there is a lot of potential with the stories of the future karate kids with their martial arts careers and lives as they develop through high school and college and maybe go on to win state, national, world championships and compete in the Olympics and become famous martial artists with Johnny and Daniel who go on to become famous senseis. Maybe it would not be necessarily the end of Cobra Kai. The sequel series is awesome and so well done it actually surpassed the classic movies and gave relevance to all the Karate Kid films. I wasn't interested in Jackie Chan Karate Kid which actually was the Kung Fu kid , but it will be interesting to see a new Karate Kid movie with Daniel Larusso going solo on a spin off with Jackie Chan and see what that is about. I just think with the stories of Miguel, Tory, Samantha, Kenny and many of the others Robbie and how they develop their lives. I would love to see a re release of all the Karate Kid films packed together on Blue ray with the Cobra Kai series seasons for the fans. That is something I would personally collect to have a physical collection of the films and series. The Cobra Kai series is the best thing to have happened to the Karate Kid franchise as it is so good that it made the whole series awesome and gave relevance to all the past movies. I think other franchises should take notes of this is how a series is well done and respected. All the elements that made the previous movies famous from Daniel training to Mr. Miyagi and him sharing his secrets with Johnny was brilliant as well showing sides that the good guys and bad guys is all relative from perspective, as each one has their grey areas.

How is it that everytime I get curious about the progress of this show that I find out they just put out a new update? Last time it was the day of the announcement of the bigger longer season and now it's the actual trailer. I dont know why but you kinda forget that this shows exists between seasons, which is extra strange for such a great show.
